PAYMENT

After placing your order you will be transferred to the website of the payment service provider of your choice, PayPal or Sage Pay, both of which are fully PCI DSS compliant.
 

DELIVERY

Orders are sent 2nd class, by DPD, Royal Mail, or other parcel courier depending on size and weight.
 

DELIVERY CHARGE (postage & packing)

Within the UK:
For orders up to £30 - £4.99
For orders over £30 - delivery is FREE
 
Outside the UK:
Unfortunately, due to the high carriage and duty charges post Brexit, we have temporarily suspended shipping overseas.
 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Goods should arrive within 5-7 working days. Delivery may take slightly longer than this during busy times, but we will do our best to despatch asap. Delivery to UK Highlands & Islands may take slightly longer than to the rest of UK Mainland. Our sales team will contact you if any products are out of stock.
 

RETURNS

We will accept return of goods in a re-saleable condition for credit if returned within 14 days. They must be well packed for return transit.
Return postage is to be paid by the buyer.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note, for hygiene reasons some items may not be returned unless faulty or damaged. This includes but not limited to earrings, food items, drinking straws, face masks.
