Buying this product helps support lots of small family artisans in India to maintain a stable income. They are all paid above the minimum wage, and there is no gender pay disparity amongst their workers. They have very strict rules on all discrimination and will not tolerate it taking place in any part of their supply chain. Most medical emergency expenses are paid without question. They receive free discretionary medical consultations with doctors. Furthermore, all new mums receive fully paid 3 months maternity cover, something that is considered very generous by India's standards.

The raw materials are sourced from ecological and sustainable sources, and the packaging is all recyclable and comes from recycled sources.
