VOLUNTEERS WANTED

Shared Earth needs some help! Would you like to join us as a volunteer? If possible you should be able to commit to a day or more (or two mornings/afternoons). For more details call at your local Shared Earth shop or phone (see shop details)

We especially need help from now until Christmas. You don’t need retail experience, just a pleasant manner and willingness to learn.

In York, we also need help in our admin/buying/accounts departments, facilitating the purchase of our products from suppliers in the UK and overseas and their distribution to our shops. You don’t need to know how this is done – we will train you – just basic computer skills.

Volunteering at Shared Earth will not be the same as working for a national charity. We’re a small organisation and we will welcome your ideas and initiatives.
