| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Payment is taken by payment service provider Actinic Payments, which is fully PCI DSS compliant. After placing your order you will be taken to the secure Actinic Payments site to enter your credit/debit card details. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. We will send an order confirmation by email. Please ensure that you enter your email address correctly. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. | Shipping And Handling Within the UK: Orders up to £20 - P&P is £3.95 Orders over £20 - P&P is free. Outside the UK: Standard Overseas Shipping is £8.00 (plus VAT if applicable). | Delivery Schedule Within the UK, goods should arrive within 5-7 working days. Delivery may take slightly than longer than this during busy times, but we will do our best to despatch asap. Our sales team will contact you if any products are out of stock. Delivery elsewhere is dependent on destination. You must inform us within 7 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery.
