Payment:

Payment is by credit or debit card. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please contact our sales team.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery in the UK is £4.11 inc VAT (£3.50 ex VAT) for orders up to £20, and free for orders over £20. If you wish to have goods delivered outside the UK, please contact our sales team.

Ownership of Goods:

All goods remain the property of Shared Earth Ltd until the invoice has been settled in full. Shared Earth Ltd shall not be liable for any loss to the customer arising from any delay in transit however caused.

Prices:

We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.

Product Descriptions:

We have taken every care to ensure that product decriptions and photogaphs are accurate, but please note that there could be minor colour or size variations as most of our products are handmade.

Damages:

Damages, loss of goods in transit or any other issues must be notified to us within 7 DAYS of receipt of your invoice. Please consult our sales team who will give instructions for returning the goods.

Returns Policy:

We will accept return of goods in a re-saleable condition for credit. They must be well packed for return transit. Goods that are damaged as a result of poor packing will not be credited to you. All returns must be authorised with our sales team before sending them back to us. Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

Privacy Policy:

We hold your name, address, telephone number and email address in order to contact you. We do not keep payment details on our system. These are destroyed immediately after payment. If you have requested to be on our email mailing list, we will send our newsletters to you via email. Shared Earth Ltd does not sell customer information to any third parties.
